How to Track Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

The carrier handling your delivery
Simply click the tracking link provided in the email, and you'll be able to see real-time updates on your package's journey.
If you have an account with us, you can also log in to your account dashboard to view your order history and tracking information at any time.
Tracking Statuses Explained
Not sure what your tracking status means? Here's a quick guide:
Order Confirmed – We've received your order and are preparing it for processing. You'll receive an order confirmation email at this stage.
Processing – Our team is carefully packing your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipped – Your order has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way to you. Your tracking number will be activated within 24–48 hours.
Out for Delivery – Your package is with the local carrier and is scheduled to be delivered today. Please ensure someone is available to receive it if required.
Delivered – Your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you're unable to locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any secure delivery location around your property.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking status hasn't updated after a few days, please don't worry—carriers occasionally experience delays in scanning packages at transit points.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, we recommend:
