From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep, we are committed to ensuring your items are carefully packaged, promptly processed, and delivered reliably. 1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it with care. Please allow:

Peak Season Processing: During holidays, new collection launches, or promotional events, processing may take 3–5 business days
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate customers in the United States and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75 USD. This offer applies automatically at checkout—no promo code required. Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only and are subject to change without prior notice.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

You can use the tracking link to monitor your package's journey in real time. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to valid PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional delivery time for military addresses, as shipments may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination.
Remote or Rural Areas
Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer than estimated transit times. Carriers may deliver via local postal services, which can extend delivery windows.
International Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations. If we are unable to ship a specific item to your location, we will notify you promptly.
7. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of the following:
Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
Customs Clearance Delays
Please note that customs processing can sometimes delay delivery beyond estimated transit times. Avana Style is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any additional fees incurred.
Order Value Declaration
For customs purposes, we are required to declare the full value of your order. We cannot mark international packages as "gift" or declare a lower value than the purchase price.
Undeliverable International Packages
If an international package is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, unclaimed delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the following will apply:

Return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund issued

The customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at avanastyle@outlook.com.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. In this case, you may initiate a return once you receive your order, in accordance with our Return Policy
9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. Please review the following guidelines:
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk

Look around your property (porch, mailbox, or any secure delivery location)

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed location information
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Stolen Packages
Avana Style is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported stolen. We recommend selecting a secure shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will assist in contacting the carrier and providing updates.
10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like to ship items to different locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the address. If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute the package, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
12. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory locations or item size. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each package.
