Refund & Return Policy – Avana Style

At Avana Style, we hope you love every item you buy from our collection of skirts, stockings, and shorts.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make it right. Please review our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must have original tags attached

  • Items must be in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates, lingerie, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened in original packaging)

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating the return process.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at avanastyle@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories

  4. Ship the return package using the provided label or your preferred shipping method

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with photos of the defect or error, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain cases (see Section 8).

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return for the original item following the steps above

  2. Placing a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your replacement item as quickly as possible, especially if stock is limited. If you need assistance with sizing or style recommendations, our customer service team is happy to help.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality checking every order. However, if you receive:

  • damaged or defective item

  • The wrong item (different from what you ordered)

  • An incorrect size due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue or incorrect item

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a prepaid return label, a full refund, or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

8. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns that:

  • Are returned without original tags or packaging

  • Show signs of wear or use beyond trying on

  • Are returned after the 30-day window

If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund amount. We will notify you before processing the refund if this occurs.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe indicated above, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider—some institutions take additional time to post refunds

  • Contact us at avanastyle@outlook.com with your order number and return tracking information

We will investigate and ensure your refund is processed correctly.

10. International Returns

For customers returning items from outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs fees

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during return shipping

  • Refunds will be issued in USD at the original purchase price
