REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Avanastyl. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and without any signs of use
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Not be final sale items (see Section 5 below for exceptions)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Custom-made / personalized items (e.g., embroidered, tailored, or made-to-order pieces)
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
Note: Items purchased during a promotion or at a discount are still eligible for return – only the categories listed above are excluded.
4. How to Request a Return
Step 1 – Contact us within 30 days of receipt at sportyrose@outlook.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- (If quality issue) Clear photo or video evidence
Step 2 – Wait for our confirmation email. We will provide you with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 3 – Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Step 4 – Ship the item to the address we provided. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process your refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following the process above, and place a new order separately.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account
7. Return Shipping Costs
- For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
